Mother's Day

Once of the special blessings of Mother's Day is celebrating the ones who came before you in this role, so it worked out great to have Grandma Dena, Aunt Julie, and Grandma Deni (along with the non-mothers but still special Uncle Dell, Trent, and Lauren) here for that weekend. We watched Germany touring videos from their trip 18 (!) years ago, toured the fantastic Nationality Rooms in the Cathedral of Learning, and celebrated Dell's new job. How sweet to have four generations together!

Of course I missed seeing my own mom and aunt on that day, but can't wait for the celebrations we have in store very soon together!
