Eleven Months Old!

It is a very good thing that I have a helper for these photo shots! Otherwise there would be no way I could capture these busybodies in the camera lens. Everly and Grant are equal parts sweetness and trouble these days. They are talking more each day, cruising around furniture, waving hello and goodbye, and enjoying lots of love from their sisters. They both eat like it may be their last meal. Breakfast sausage and meatballs are still Grant's favorites but Everly is more is a carb-girl these days. They devour fruit and some veggies. A LOT of food ends up in their hair but in their minds, that's just one more reason for a bath. And while they are in the bathroom, there's always hope that the adult in charge may be busy with one baby so the other one can quickly try to overturn the trash, pull out all the toilet paper, or continually flush the potty.
They both can say "Mama" and "Dada' clearly but the Mama's boy and Daddy's girl do state their preferences loudly. Every time someone has a phone, Everly asks "Da? Dada?" in hope it's him on the other line. They are still loving their 6 pm bedtime in which their Dada sings them German nursery rhymes before tucking them in. If they stay up too much later, they really do turn into pumpkins. It's pretty exhausting being this cute.
